Bemis | Protechnic, a leading company in thermoplastic adhesive solutions, is seeking a dynamic and experienced professional to join our expert team as an Area Sales Manager for the scandinavian market.
This is an exciting opportunity to take on a key role in Bemis | Protechnic growth strategy!
We are looking for a candidate who is fluent in English has solid experience in sales in the industrial sector.
Responsibilities:
- Meet or exceed annual budget in assigned territory and ensure sustainable year-over-year growth.
- Identify potential customers/markets and generate new business through the opportunity pipeline.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.
- Conduct sales presentations to promote the company’s products and services.
- Negotiate and close sales deals with customers.
- Monitor market trends, competitive activities, and customer preferences to identify opportunities and challenges in the territory.
- Analyze sales data and create sales reports to track progress and identify areas for improvement (forecasting).
- Collaborate with the sales team and other departments to ensure customer satisfaction and achieve company goals.
- Provide product training and support to customers.
- Participate in trade shows, conferences, and other sales events to promote the company’s products and expand the customer base.
Required Skills:

- Excellent presentation skills with a “can-do” attitude
- B2B sales experience
- Background in adhesives/chemistry is an advantage
- Team player for effective collaboration with other departments
- Skills in acquisition and lead generation
- Communication skills in English & Spanish
- Location in Scandinavia (workplace flexibility)
- IT skills (CRM, MS-Tools,…)
- Analyzing KPIs
- Strong negotiation skills, excellence in closing sales
- Ambitious, competitive, and results-oriented
- 70% travel in the assigned territory
