Monolayer decorative film can be:

• Made of PMMA, PVC, PVF, PVDF and PET…
• Either reverse printed on transparent film that can be used as a protective layer
• Or top printed on colored film

Monolayer material thickness can be :

• Different finish, high-gloss and low gloss
• 12 to 300 micron thick,
• And width up to 2100mm wide.
• Most of our foils are thermoformable

We provide not only decoration but also protection, UV resistance, chemical resistance etc…

Multilayer decorative film is a combination between transparent monolayer film combined with a printed layer film. Both layers are laminated together.

The protective transparent top layer film can be made of PMMA, PVC, PET, PVDF while the substrate layer film can be made of PVC, ABS, PMMA etc.
Those films are thicker than monolayer ones – between 120 and 800 microns – and can be laminated:

• This type of foil can be laminated either IN-LINE during extrusion
• or OFF-LINE with additional glue onto 1D, 2D or 3D on various substrates such as wood, MDF, plastics, aluminium, steal etc.
